ART (Audio Response Teller)

Effective February 15th, 2012: We’ve switched over to a new, more user-friendly ART system. You’ll be able to do all the same things you did with the old ART system but you won’t need to remember those confusing codes any more. From now on, be sure to use the phone number 378-0101, x1 to get to ART and listen to the voice prompts – they will get you to where you need to go. You will use your account number and the same ART access code as always to get in.

Access your account information with a touch-tone phone

ART is our Audio Response Teller. We like to think that if he were a real person, he would be devastatingly handsome. Use ART to:

• Check your account balances
• Transfer money between accounts
• Make loan payments
• Write yourself a check from your account
• Get dividend and interest information
• Check on your last 5 deposits or withdrawals
• and more!

To access ART, call (319)378-0101, x1 and the voice prompts will walk you through the entire process. (You will need to know your account number(s) and have an ART access code to get into this system. )
