How do I save my e-Statement?
After bringing up your statement, click the Save button on the Acrobat Reader toolbar. It looks like a diskette. A Save dialogue box will appear. You can change the name of the file if you wish. You can also change the location you save the file in by changing what appears in the Save In: line. After making any necessary changes select the Save button. You will now be able to access your statement anytime without having to log in to e-Branch.

Why did I have to give my e-mail address to sign up?
We need your e-mail address to notify you when your statements are available. We also periodically send out other pertinent account information using your e-mail address rather than sending it via U.S. Mail. Without a valid e-mail address we cannot verify you are getting your account information.

Will my e-Statement be on-line even if, for some reason, I don't receive my e-mail notification?
e-Statements are generated at the start of each month for the prior month’s activity. After they are posted on e-Branch we send an e-mail notifying you of their availability. If we get this notification e-mail back as undeliverable we will send a letter asking you to give us a valid email address. We must receive a reply with a valid email address by the end of the month or we will cancel your e-Statement enrollment and statements thereafter will come as paper statements in the U.S. Mail.

Can I receive a paper statement as well as an electronic statement?
No, you may receive either a paper statement or an e-Statement, not both.

When will my e-Statement be available?
e-Statements for the previous month are normally available the first or second business day of the new month.

How long will my e-Statement be available?
e-Branch can hold three e-Statements at a time. As a fourth e-Statement is added the first will drop off the system. You can, however, store e-Statements on your hard drive for future reference. See How do I save my e-Statement? for details.

How do I cancel e-Statements?
Send us an e-mail or give us a call at 378-0101 x0 or 1-800-950-5228 x0. We’ll need your name and Linn Area member number.
