Nominations for Board of Directors

Take an active role in your credit union!

We’re now accepting nominations for candidates for the Board of Directors! Directors are unpaid volunteers who represent your interests and oversee the affairs of the credit union.

If you’re a member interested in applying for a board position, please submit your resume by February 23, 2023 to:

The Governance & Nomination Committee will vet the candidates and present a list of eligible candidates prior to the voting period. Candidate information will be available on our website at least 30 days prior to the annual meeting, which will be held virtually on April 24, 2023. The virtual meeting will include a review of your credit union’s performance in 2022 and a preview of the year ahead.

There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting, since voting for the board of directors will be done prior to the annual meeting using an electronic ballot system. (It’ll be quick and easy to cast your vote!) Stay tuned for more details on how to vote and how to attend the annual meeting.
