Sr. Systems Analyst

Do you have a minimum of 5 years IT or related experience and a college degree? Well… hello, you savvy systems person, you!

Under the leadership of the VP of IT, the Sr. Systems Analyst’s role is to design, implement and support information technology solutions across the credit union. This may include planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing local and wide area network connections, corporate servers, associated software, and communication links.

The successful candidate will rock at troubleshooting network and application issues, as well as analyzing system performance and providing capacity planning solutions. This professional is responsible to plan, develop, launch and support efficient business and financial application systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. Experience in the financial industry or with the following technologies are preferred, but not required: VMWare, Citrix, VoIP, VDI, Windows Server, On Base, or Reliance. (Optional, but not required: the ability to make references to the Big Bang Theory and quote lines from Firefly.)

Sales Coach

We are in the hunt for an inspiring, engaging individual to coach our employees in all manner of sales skills to help strengthen our relationships with our members!

This shiny new position will spearhead the annual strategic credit union-wide sales and service initiatives in collaboration with Leadership and Training & Development Teams. Essential skills include: demonstrated coaching skills adaptable to various learning styles; superior communication and project management skills; and the ability to work with various technologies to assist leaders and staff members improve their abilities to serve and sell to our membership throughout the credit union. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of similar or related experience, along with a college degree.
