NE Branch Construction
We’ve grown so much over the years – thanks to you and all your wonderful referrals – we’re bursting at the seams! So… drumroll, please… we’re excited to announce the expansion and remodel of our Blairs Ferry Road office! We’ll be adding just over 12,000 square foot of space on two levels on the west side of the building and relocating the drive up to the northwest corner.
This addition will house over 50 new work stations, a meeting room that will hold all of our employees (we’re up to 100 now!) and it should handle our growing staff for the next ten years or so.
How will this affect you?
Well, not much at all… we’ll keep all of our services available. The biggest difference for the next 6 – 9 months will be that the drive up and ATM will be relocated to a temporary drive up trailer in the parking lot on the east side of the building. (Yeah… we know… it’s not too classy. But at least it’s just temporary!) The drive up will have two lanes. The night deposit drop will be on the inside lane and the ATM will be in the outside lane. The drive up trailer was installed on Thursday, October 24th and it will take a couple of weeks to install equipment and have it open for business. You’ll know it’s open when barriers block the normal drive up.
The lobby will be open as usual during the building of the addition. Parking will be a little more limited, but there will still be plenty of room for you to stop by and see us! (We love it when that happens!)
When the new construction is done, we will be remodeling the lobby area to more closely resemble the interior of our other branches. The feedback from our members on the design has been very positive and we hope you’ll love the more casual atmosphere. Don’t worry… we’ll try to keep the disruption in the lobby to a minimum!
