Are you trying to access eBranch using your US Cellular Smartphone or mobile hot spot and receiving an error message?

If you are a US Cellular customer who uses your Smartphone or mobile hot spot to access eBranch, you have probably received the daunting error message:

“Logon required. Your session has timed out, or you stopped the transmission of your last request. Please log on again. 10001”.

Frustrating, right? We totally understand. Our IT ninjas are working with all parties involved to get this issue fixed tout suite!

Please note that if you are using a Smartphone, there is a temporary solution: You can toggle from 4G down to 3G. Because every phone is different, we unfortunately can’t give you specifics on how to do it. Your best bet is to contact US Cellular and ask how to do this on your particular model.
