Ugh, budgeting. Most of us don’t know how to make a budget.

However, it’s a basic and important money management tool that helps you get out and stay out of debt. A budget is simply a written plan for how you spend your money each month. We encourage you to review your budget with the whole family so you can help each other stay on track. Be sure to celebrate the successes! If you find you’ve overspent in one area, try to compensate by spending less in another area.
