CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, November 1, 2016 – Linn Area Credit Union has redesigned their website at www.linnareacu.org. The updated website launched today at 12:01 a.m.
In May, Linn Area surveyed their membership, asking for members’ opinions on the electronic services the credit union provides, including the mobile banking app and their website. The website redesign was guided by the survey results.
The revamped website is now easier to view and use when accessed on a mobile device. Navigation has been improved; users can see multiple menus and have consistent and ready access to rate information and the online banking service login function.
Financial calculators and the credit union’s routing number also display on the home page.
“Overall, it’s a cleaner, integrated, more modern website that offers our members a much better online experience,” says Curt Gandy, Linn Area Credit Union’s vice president of marketing. “We’re always looking for ways to improve our members’ lives, and this new website will help them manage their money faster and easier, giving them more time to spend with family and other important things in life.”
