Forty-seven members joined us for the 2022 annual meeting, which was livestreamed on Zoom on Monday, April 25, beginning at 6pm. Our theme for the annual meeting this year was “Here ALL Ways,” and President/CEO Paula O’Rourke spoke about the year’s accomplishments and highlighted the contributions we made to our communities in 2021. Howard Rattner, who retired from the board of directors in early February 2022, was honored for his 40+ years of service to Linn Area Credit Union.
Voting for the candidates for the board of directors was held online from March 28 through April 15, and 383 members voted. There were three open seats on the board, and only incumbent directors agreed to run for election. Joan Auterman, Angie Glick-Martin, and Richard Ortega were re-elected to serve three-year terms.
