Financial Services Representative

We are currently seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our Linn Area family. Our talented FSRs are the heartbeat of our organization! Their primary responsibility is assisting our members in their financial goals and transactions. In a perfect world, our ideal candidate would have 1-2 years background in a sales and service role, but we’re willing to make it work with the right person! What is most important to us is that you are an energetic, hardworking team player who, above everything else, loves people. If you don’t love people, well then, this isn’t going to work out.

This is a fulltime position with fabulous benefits, which include more than just an “atta-boy” every now and then. The starting pay is $11-13 per hour with lots of opportunity for additional incentives.

Network & System Analyst

Under the leadership of the VP of IT, the Network & Systems Analyst’s role is to design, implement and support information technology solutions across the credit union. This may include planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing local and wide area network connections, corporate servers, associated software, and communication links. The successful candidate will troubleshoot network and application issues, as well as analyze system performance and provide capacity planning solutions. This professional is responsible to plan, develop, launch and support efficient business and financial application systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. Experience in the financial industry or with the following technologies are preferred, but not required: VMWare, Citrix, VoIP, VDI, Windows Server, Onbase, or Reliance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years IT or related experience and possess a college degree. This is a full-time, salaried position with a robust benefit package.
