Financial Services Representative
We are currently seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our Linn Area family. Our talented FSRs are the heartbeat of our organization! Their primary responsibility is assisting our members in their financial goals and transactions. In a perfect world, our ideal candidate would have 1-2 years background in a sales and service role, but we’re willing to make it work with the right person! What is most important to us is that you are an energetic, hardworking team player who, above everything else, loves people. If you don’t love people, well then, this isn’t going to work out.
This is a full-time position with fabulous benefits, which include more than just an “atta-boy” every now and then. The starting pay is $11-13 per hour with lots of opportunity for additional incentives.

Senior Commercial Credit Analyst
Are you an experienced business banking guru looking to exercise your know-how in a “work hard, play hard”, professional atmosphere? We’re looking for you! The analyst’s primary responsibility is meeting with our potential commercial borrowers and gathering financial information necessary to evaluate their repayment capacity. Our Senior Analyst will also be responsible for preparing thorough credit presentations, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the borrowers, as well as make an informed credit decisions based on the analysis of that information. Along with giving top-notch service to our new commercial accounts, the analyst will also prepare and evaluate existing commercial credits annually and ensure that all “ducks are in a row” in regard to adequate work flows to track required covenants and manage against the risks associated with the portfolio.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of commercial banking experience that includes analyzing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, accounts receivables & accounts payable aging reports, and personal & business tax returns. Our ideal candidate will also possess a thorough understanding of loan structure, lien perfection, and loan documentation requirements.
