For your convenience, our entire mortgage loan application process can be handled electronically. (You’ll only have to come in for the closing!) As you complete the application, please use your best estimate if documentation is not available.
What you will need:
- Documentation for all borrowers, including Social Security number
- Contact and employment information for all borrowers
- Best estimates of income, assets, and liabilities
If you bump into a question you don’t know the answer to (or get interrupted by your cat!), you can save the application and come back to it later. (No biggie!) After you’ve submitted the application, we’ll contact you to guide you through the loan process and help you select the best mortgage loan type and interest rate to suit your needs.
By completing our application, you authorize us to pull a credit report in order to prequalify you for a loan.
