An updated Bill Pay is on the way!

We are excited to announce that we are upgrading our electronic bill payer on March 20, 2024! The new Bill Pay will continue to be FREE, and it comes with enhanced features, including:

  • PicturePay®: Now you can pay bills simply by taking a photo of your bill and entering an amount. The payee is then automatically added into Bill Pay.
  • Free P2P: Pay a friend or co-worker quickly and securely using funds in your checking account. (No need for them to sign up to receive payment.)

Since this is a completely new system, you will need to re-enroll in Bill Pay and re-enter your payee information. Starting March 20, you may utilize either online banking or our mobile app to complete the new enrollment process and reestablish your payments.

To avoid inadvertently paying a bill twice, we advise canceling any scheduled payments in the current Bill Pay software that are set to be sent after March 20, 2024, prior to that date.

In addition, we encourage you to collect the information you need to set up your payees in the new system. Typically, you will need:

  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Your account number

Many companies, such as utilities and media providers, will be preloaded into the system, so you may only need the company name and your account number.

Please take a moment to review the step-by-step instructions on how to set up payees in the new Bill Pay system. If you still have questions, contact us.
